1. Media Files & Uploads

The core functionality of ClearHDStatus requires users to upload video and image files. We do not permanently store your media. All files uploaded to our servers are processed temporarily in memory or temporary disk storage. They are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after they have been sent to you via WhatsApp or within a maximum of 30 minutes. We do not keep logs, backups, or copies of your personal media.

2. Phone Numbers & WhatsApp Data

To deliver compressed HD media back to you, we ask you to text our WhatsApp bot. This provides us with your phone number temporarily. Your phone number is only used to send back the processed files. You can instantly delete your number and chat history from our bot's memory by sending the command /delete. We do not sell, rent, or use your phone number for marketing purposes.

3. Log Files

ClearHDStatus follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

4. Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, ClearHDStatus uses "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
