Uploads and processed files

ClearHDStatus needs your uploaded file to create the optimized result. Original uploads are stored temporarily during processing and removed after processing finishes. Processed downloads are kept briefly so you can download the result, then cleaned automatically after a short period.

Phone numbers and WhatsApp delivery

Direct download mode does not require a phone number. When optional WhatsApp delivery is available and you choose to use it, your phone number is sent to the backend only so the processed media can be queued for delivery. Your browser may remember the number in session storage for that visit.

Logs

Like most web services, the site and hosting providers may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, request time, browser information, error details, and security events. These logs are used to operate the service, diagnose issues, and protect the site.

Cookies and advertising

ClearHDStatus may use cookies or similar browser storage for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. Google may use cookies to serve ads if ads are enabled for the site. You can learn more about Google's advertising technologies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Third-party services

The site uses hosting, file processing, and optional WhatsApp delivery infrastructure. If you use WhatsApp delivery, Meta/WhatsApp may process the media according to their own terms and privacy practices.
