About ClearHDStatus

ClearHDStatus is a free browser tool for preparing videos and images before you post them to WhatsApp Status. It is made for people who want a smaller, cleaner file without opening a desktop video editor.

The tool is independent and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp controls its own upload pipeline, so ClearHDStatus cannot guarantee that WhatsApp will never reprocess a file. The goal is to create a practical status-ready file and split long videos into ordered 60-second parts.

What the tool does

• Converts uploaded videos to MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio.
• Splits videos longer than 60 seconds into consecutive clips.
• Lists every processed file for individual download or ZIP download.
• Processes images into a status-friendly frame for easier posting.

How it works

The compression engine uses FFmpeg. Video output starts with a 720-pixel width target, H.264 High profile, 30 fps, AAC audio, and MP4 fast start metadata. If a clip is too large for the file-size budget, the server retries with smaller dimensions and lower bitrate settings.

Privacy basics

Uploaded files are temporary and are used only to produce the result you request. Original uploads are removed after processing finishes, and processed downloads are cleaned automatically after a short period. Direct download mode does not require a phone number.
